Holly A. Schaitberger joined Maple, DeLacey & Mussallem LLP in 2009. Prior to joining the firm, Holly practiced civil litigation, specializing in complex, high risk, multi-party lawsuits. In that capacity, Holly managed and executed all phases of litigation from inception of the case through trial. Holly prevailed on numerous discovery motions and obtained complete dismissals for her clients in multiple matters. Holly transitioned her practice to family law where now she litigates all manner of family law matters and drafts and prepares prenuptial and postnuptial agreements.

Holly obtained her law degree cum laude from the University of San Francisco School of Law in 2005, receiving the American Jurisprudence Award in both Alternative Dispute Resolution and Employment Discrimination. As a law student, Holly served as a full time extern law clerk for the Honorable Carlos T. Bea on the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and worked as an investigator for the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the San Francisco Public Defender. Prior to law school, Holly obtained her bachelor’s degree with honors from the University of California, Santa Cruz.

Holly is admitted to practice in California and the U.S. Northern District courts. She is an active member of the Queen’s Bench, Lawyer’s Club of San Francisco Inn of Court and the San Francisco Bar Association.
